How to Earn Money through Network Marketing

  




NETWORK MARKETING

Network marketing, also known as multi-level marketing, is a method of selling products directly to customers within a tiered structure of sales associates. Network marketing depends on the ability of its employees to sell products and recruit new employees. The tiered nature of a network marketing organization can produce healthy profits for the original promoter and early participants, but those who join in the later stages of the effort typically find the going very tough and ultimately unrewarding. Ask lots of questions and be realistic about your ability to sell enough products and recruit new sellers before jumping into a new business venture.

Through network marketing or an MLM, strategy operates from two ways to make money: 

  1. The first is to advertise the goods of the manufacturer and receive the percentage of sales. 
  2. This is the proportion of your hired people selling. 
  3. As a distributor, you provide your downline with the proper guidance and training to generate more traffic needs for the specific business, but as a distributor, 

I would recommend some tips to earn more money and expand your network.

GETTING STARTED ON PLATFORMS

Companies such as Avon, Forever Living, Amway and Ann Summers have been around for many years and have grown into internationally successful, reputable businesses. Whilst at first glance they may not have much else in common, they all share the same business model – Network Marketing, or Multi-Level Marketing.

So, let’s look at how you can generate income in Network Marketing. Essentially, there are two revenue streams:

  • Money through sales of the products/services you sell. When distributors first start out, this part typically makes up the majority of their revenue.
  • Commission on sales made by team members/downlines. Over time, once distributors have expanded their network through the recruitment of downlines, this typically overtakes the revenue made from the individual distributor’s sales 

The more downlines a distributor has, the more money they will be making from commissions. Commission structures vary between organizations and can seem complicated at first glance, but generally speaking, enable you to receive a percentage of each sale that your downline makes. So, therefore, the bigger your team, the more money you earn. As the business changes from mainly retailing to recruiting, so do the responsibilities. 
The recruitment, training, and mentoring side becomes much more important and time-consuming, and the selling of the product is less so. This is sometimes referred to as residual income when you continue to make money whilst not doing any active selling or retailing.

In summary, Network Marketing represents a genuine business opportunity, which can lead to financial success as much as any other business.
